Custom Orders

We got our start by making every order custom. It's one of the things that we enjoy most about working with leather. During the custom order process, we will walk through all of the details of your item to make sure that it is of the best quality that we're able to provide. While discussing design and materials with you, we will be able to provide a quote for the product. Once a price has been agreed upon, we will send an invoice for your deposit so that we can begin working on your custom piece.

Why We Request a Deposit

As a standard, we request that you provide a 25% deposit for custom orders. This is so that we can acquire the materials that we will be using in a timely manner. The deposit for custom orders is non-refundable, however if we are unable to meet your expectations you will not see further costs from us.

Returning Your Custom Order

If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know immediately upon receipt. We will do our best to repair or replace the item, as long as it has not been damaged by actual use. Damage sustained by actual use is reviewed on a case by case basis. Some common examples of return items are:

Return so we can fix or replace it if:

* A D-Ring snapped on a collar's first use
* It was destroyed in the shipping process
(all shipments are insured, so the carrier should be contacted first if possible)
* Hardware was broken upon first use
* Supporting strap lengths were insufficient
* Paint or dyes rubbed off prior to use

We have to look it over if:

* Your collar got chewed up
* We were provided with the wrong measurements
* Incorrect usage uncovered a product defect
* A sufficient time of use has passed since purchase
* The product meets full specifications that were provided and approved upon prior to its shipment

We're Going to Show Off

Please know that we take great pride in our work. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, we are not going to send it to you. As such, we show off a great deal of our work both as a finished product and in-progress piece. If you do not want pictures of your piece posted, please let us know prior to submitting payment.
